Most of our products are individual items, handcrafted for you. Returns are not returned to our warehouse shelves as we cannot resell them. That’s why we want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order. And if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, simply use our

Simply return your product within 30 days of receiving your order. It doesn’t matter if it doesn’t fit, doesn’t suit you or isn’t what you expected – just return it. You can choose from the following options:

Exchange for a new product

Exchange for a voucher code to be redeemed on your next order

Refund of the cost of your product, as long as the product was not made specifically for you

Refund of the cost of your product and shipping fee if we sent you the wrong items or if you received damaged products

Before returning your package, please contact our Customer Service Team and provide your order number.

Returns Process

If you have requested a refund, please be aware that returned funds usually take 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the issuing bank).

If you requested a voucher, it usually takes 24-48 hours to issue a voucher code.

If you have requested an exchange for a different size or style, you will receive an email letting you know once reprinting has begun.

Who covers the shipping cost?

Saleples will pay the shipping cost in cases where the items arrive damaged or are confirmed as defective by a Saleples representative or if you have received the wrong products.

For all other cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to avoid returns

a) Get a sample before placing a bulk order

When planning an order for yourself and your team, you may have doubts about which sizes, styles and colors to order. Order a simple product, without any prints, first, as we can return it without any problems. If you order, for example, a printed phone case to test the print quality, we will accept the return and give you a voucher or a new product. This way, you will help protect the environment and save resources.

b) Calculate with a buffer period

We are quite fast, but we cannot guarantee anything. This may happen for reasons related to product stock, delivery times, etc. If your order doesn't arrive in time for your colleague's birthday, wedding or retirement party, unfortunately this is not a reason for a return. If you need something super fast, use our Express Shipping option to get your order to you as soon as possible.
